Terms applying to purchases and workshop bookings through PulseArt Studio Australia.
1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases and workshop bookings made through the Australian online store of PulseArt Studio. By placing an order or registering for a workshop, you agree to these terms.
2. Orders & Contract Formation
Our instruments are handcrafted and often one-of-a-kind pieces. An order is only confirmed once we send you an order confirmation email. Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclude shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
3. Shipping & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and weight and will be displayed at checkout. Orders will be shipped once full payment has been received. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping address.
4. Payment
We accept the payment methods listed during checkout. Orders will be processed and shipped only after payment is received.
5. Right to Cancel / Returns
Workshop bookings are subject to our separate Workshop Booking & Cancellation Policy. Custom-made or used instruments are non-returnable. If an item is defective or damaged on arrival, please contact us within 7 days with photos and details.
6. Liability
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use, storage, or handling of the purchased products.
7. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be handled in the jurisdiction of our business location.

Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen
Bedingungen für Bestellungen, Anfragen und Workshop-Buchungen über PulseArt Studio Schweiz.
1. Geltungsbereich
Diese AGB gelten für alle Bestellungen, Anfragen und Buchungen, die über unsere Schweizer Webseite erfolgen. Mit dem Absenden einer Bestellung oder Anmeldung akzeptierst du diese Bedingungen.
2. Bestellung & Vertragsabschluss
Unsere Instrumente sind Unikate. Eine Bestellung gilt erst als bestätigt, wenn wir dir per E-Mail eine Bestätigung senden. Preise verstehen sich in CHF, exklusive Versandkosten.
3. Versand & Lieferzeiten
Die Versandkosten werden nach Zielort und Gewicht individuell berechnet und dir vor Abschluss des Kaufs mitgeteilt. Der Versand erfolgt nach Zahlungseingang. Lieferzeiten können je nach Land variieren.
4. Zahlung
Die Zahlung erfolgt per Banküberweisung oder wie in der Bestätigung angegeben. Die Bestellung wird erst nach Zahlungseingang versendet.
5. Rücktrittsrecht & Stornierungen
Für Workshops gilt die separate Workshop- und Stornierungsregelung. Für individuell angefertigte oder gebrauchte Instrumente besteht kein gesetzliches Rückgaberecht. Bei Mängeln kontaktiere uns bitte innerhalb von 7 Tagen nach Erhalt.
6. Haftung
Wir haften nicht für Schäden, die durch unsachgemässe Handhabung entstehen.
7. Gerichtsstand
Es gilt Schweizer Recht. Gerichtsstand ist unser Geschäftssitz.
