1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases and workshop bookings made through the Australian online store of Pulse Art Studio. By placing an order or registering for a workshop, you agree to these terms.
2. Orders & Contract Formation
Our instruments are handcrafted and often one-of-a-kind pieces. An order is only confirmed once we send you an order confirmation email. Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclude shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
3. Shipping & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and weight and will be displayed at checkout. Orders will be shipped once full payment has been received. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping address.
4. Payment
We accept the payment methods listed during checkout. Orders will be processed and shipped only after payment is received.
5. Right to Cancel / Returns
Workshop bookings are subject to our separate Workshop Booking & Cancellation Policy.
Custom-made or used instruments are non-returnable.
If an item is defective or damaged on arrival, please contact us within 7 days with photos and details.
6. Liability
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use, storage, or handling of the purchased products.
7. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be handled in the jurisdiction of our business location
