Return Policy

Information about returns and workshop cancellations.

Instruments

All instruments are carefully handcrafted. As they are unique pieces, returns are only accepted if the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Please notify us within 7 days of delivery with a description and photos. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Workshops

  • 31+ days before the workshop: full refund or one-time reschedule.
  • 13–30 days before: 80% refund or one-time reschedule.
  • 3–12 days before: 60% refund or one-time reschedule.
  • 1–2 days before: no refund.

If we cancel a workshop, for example due to illness or insufficient bookings, you will receive a full refund or may reschedule once.

Instrumente

Unsere Instrumente sind handgefertigte Unikate. Ein Umtausch oder eine Rückgabe ist daher ausgeschlossen, ausser bei nachweislichen Material- oder Herstellungsfehlern.

Melde solche Mängel bitte innerhalb von 7 Tagen nach Erhalt per E-Mail an info@pulseartstudio.com mit Fotos.

Workshops

  • Bis 31 Tage vor dem Workshop: volle Rückerstattung oder einmalige Umbuchung.
  • 13–30 Tage vorher: 80 % Rückerstattung oder einmalige Umbuchung.
  • 3–12 Tage vorher: 60 % Rückerstattung oder einmalige Umbuchung.
  • 1–2 Tage vorher: keine Rückerstattung.

Wenn wir den Workshop absagen müssen, erhältst du eine volle Rückerstattung oder kannst einmalig umbuchen.
