Instruments
All instruments are carefully handcrafted. As they are unique pieces, returns are only accepted if the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery with a description and photos. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Workshops
The following applies unless otherwise stated:

• Cancellations 31+ days before the workshop: full refund or one-time reschedule.

• Cancellations 13–30 days before: 80% refund or one-time reschedule.

• Cancellations 3–12 days before: 60% refund or one-time reschedule.

• Cancellations 1–2 days before: no refund.

If we cancel a workshop (e.g., illness, insufficient bookings), you will receive a full refund or may reschedule once.
